A police investigation led to Blas’s residence in Tamuning – along with the cell phone which matched the number that called in all 3 threats.

According to the official magistrate’s report, Blas had called police dispatch under different names such as Mark Salas, and Mark Cruz.

Blas was arrested accordingly on February 12th for terroristic conduct and terrorizing for all 3 locations.
