The Guam Police Department is asking the community’s help in 2 separate burglary incidents that happened over the weekend.
On Saturday, February 12th – at around 7:22 am – patrol officers from the Tumon Tamuning Precinct responded to a robbery call that occurred at Z Mart on Adrian Sanchez St. in Tamuning.
The report states that the suspect had fled on foot and is reported to be a dark-complected male approximately 5’9 in height. He was reported to be wearing a black sweatshirt, shorts, a black baseball cap, and a blue face mask.
The report states that the suspect was brandishing a black handgun, and after fleeing the scene by foot he was seen entering a silver Nissan crossover with a temporary license plate.
He was reported to have stolen approximately $300 in U.S. Currency and phone cards.
Meanwhile – on February 13th – central precinct command responded to a robbery call at Guahan Ct. in Toto. According to a witness – the suspect is reported to be a male adult, possibly Chuukese with a mustache in a gray shirt, black pants, and hat – took off with her purse while exiting her vehicle.
According to GPD’s report – the unidentified suspect pointed a black revolver in the victim’s direction demanding to give her purse. The suspect then grabbed her purse, fled on foot towards an apartment complex in toto.
GPD is asking the community’s assistance for both incidents by contacting police dispatch at 671-475-8615 through 7.
