WANTED: Joshua AR Palacios, Armed and Dangerous; 4 Others Already in Custody on Robbery Charges

Guam – Guam Police are searching for Joshua AR Palacios in connection with 4 armed robberies that have occured in Tumon and Tamuning since August 15th.

Tumon-Tamuning Precinct Commander Lt. Ron Taitano says that Palacios is considered armed and dangerous and he should not be approached. If he is seen, Police should be contacted immediately.

According to Palacios’ WANTED notice [see below], a search warrant was executed at 178 East Santa Monica Avenue Friday and an un-named number of .4-caliber rounds of ammunition were confiscated.

Palacios is wanted in connection with the following 4 armed robberies:

* Tai Sho Gameroom in Harmon on August 15

* Winner Gameroom in Tumon on October 10

* H.A. Mart in Harmon on October 11

* Golden Motel in Tamuning on October 12 

The search for Palacios was triggered by the arrests of 4 men in recent days. Lt. Taitano credits the hard work of his Safety & Security Network (SSN) for the arrests and, Taitano says, they have  “confessed to their involvement in these robberies.” 

They 4 men arrested are:

* 31 yr old, Ervin Nekeo Otokichy, a Male, Chuukese, from Dededo. He was arrested for 4 Counts of Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, 4 Counts of Robbery, 4 Counts Possession and Use of a Deadly Weapon in the Commission of a Felony, 4 Counts of Possession of a Firearm Without a Firearm Identification, 4 Counts of Possession of a Firearm without a Firearm Registration.

* 31 yr old, Rit Eiren, Male, Chuukese, from Dededo. He was arrested for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Robbery.

* 28 yr old, David Andon, Male, Chuukese, from Dededo. He was arrested for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Robbery.

* 23 yr old, Kendal Norris McKinney, Male, Caucasian (homeless). He was arrested for Conspiracy to Commit Robbery, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Robbery.

 

Palacios stands 5-feet 9-inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.

Lt. Taitano warns that anyone who might have seen Palacios, or know of his whereabouts should contact Police immediately and he warns that anyone harboring Palacios is subject to criminal charges.

Over the last couple of days, police officers assigned to the Tumon-Tamuning Precinct’s Safety & Security Network (SSN) Unit has been diligently investigating a rash of robberies that have occurred over the last couple of months. These robberies occurred at the Tai Sho Gameroom in Harmon on August 15; Winner Gameroom in Tumon on October 10; H.A. Mart in Harmon on October 11; and the Golden Motel in Tamuning on October 12.

Initially, police had very little information to identify the suspects. However, days ago, police were provided with information about a possible suspect. This information proved fruitful as police soon identified these suspects.  

Thus far four suspects have been brought in and have confessed to their involvement in these robberies.

They are identified as:
