Police searching for man wanted in criminal investigation


Guam – Police are once again seeking the communities help in locating an individual believed to be armed and dangerous.

24-year old Jessie Joe San Nicolas Delgado is wanted by police for questioning.

GPD Spokesperson Sgt. Paul Tapao did not indicate what criminal offense they are seeking him for but did state it is in regards to an ongoing criminal investigation.

Delgado was last seen on Chalan Subikao street in Astumbo, Dededo. He is known to operate a black Toyota Hilux pickup truck but may also be operating a gray Nissan Rogue with the Guam license plate number CHP6236.

He is described as standing 5’9″ and weighing 165 pounds. He has dyed blond hair and a tribal tattoo on his left arm.

The community is warned not to approach Delgado as he may be armed. Instead contact GPD at 477-8911 if you have information regarding his whereabouts.
