The Magistrate report says Parr told a third employee that he was going to go get his gun and shoot the victim.  Parr’s wife had to stop her husband from going back to work after he came home to retrieve a box where he stores his gun. Parr told authorities that he doesn’t own a gun and the threats were a joke, according to the report..
