Guam – Probation Officers from the Superior Court of Guam came across several marijuana plans while on a pick up order for a minor in the Astumbo Gardens area Friday afternoon.
According to a news release from Guam Police Department Acting Spokesman Lt Arthur Paulino six plants ranging two to five feet in height wre found in plain view along the property line. The marijuana plants were mixed amongst other decorative plants according to the news release. Officers from the Dededo Precinct Command were then called to the scene and confirmed the findings whil also located four more marijuana plants ranging one to two feet in height.
No one was home at the time of the discovery but Lt Paulino says the presumed owner of the property has been contacted. No arrest had been made as of earlier this afternoon.

Shortly after 10am., July 12, 2013 Probation Officers from the Superior Court of Guam were effectuating a pick up order for a minor at a residence located in the Astumbo Gardens area. Upon walking towards the rear of the residence the Probation Officers saw in plain view along the property line what appeared to be (06) Marijuana Plants ranging from 2 – 5 feet in height and mixed amongst other decorative plants.
Officers from the Dededo Precinct Command responded to the scene and confirmed the findings and also located in a flower pot what appeared to be (04) Marijuana Plants about 1 – 2 feet in height. The flower pot was located in what seemed to be a green / garden shed located at the furthest end of the property.
At the time of the discovery it seemed that no one was home. GPD Officers contacted the supposed owner of the property and are conducting an investigation. No arrest has been made as of 2pm. July 12, 2013.
