To assist with the ALL-RISE Act application process, the Guam Public Library System (GPLS), reminds the community that we offer FREE computer usage and Wi-Fi services at the branch libraries near you.
The branch hours of operation are as follows:
Hagatna library : Monday – Thursday (9-4 pm)
Agat library : Thursdays (9 -12 & 1 -4 pm) closed for lunch
Barrigada library (Archival Center : Wednesdays (9 – 12 & 1 -4 pm) closed for lunch
Merizo library : Wednesdays (9 -12 & 1 – 4 pm) closed for lunch
