“Hafa Adai” Pledges Re-Newed at Friday Ceremony


Guam – The Guam Visitor’s Bureau held a ” Hafa Adai Pledge Renewal Ceremony” this past Friday, March 7, at the DFS Galleria, Tumon.

The Håfa Adai Pledge program is a cornerstone of the Guam Visitors Bureau’s local community branding campaign.  Since its inception in 2009,  over 480 private businesses, government agencies, non-profits and other organizations have pledged to help perpetuate and preserve the language, culture and traditions of Guam.

The purpose of Friday’s ceremony was to re-new and reinforce the “Hafa Adai” commitment to “the perpetuation and preservation of the language, culture and traditions” of  Guam.
