Tomorrow is the first day of the Chinese New Year and eating is a big part of the tradition.

Guam – Lin and Anna Yongping are expecting the tables at the Red Dragon restaurant to be full tonight.

The couple has been running the Chinese restaurant for 10 years and Lin says Lunar New Year’s Eve and Lunar New Year’s Day are their busiest nights.

Food is an important part of Chinese culture and Lin says families like to get together to eat for the Chinese New Year holiday.

Some foods are considered lucky to eat at the New Year including fish, lumpia, and Chinese dumplings.
