Guam – 27 year old Francisco Pedro Reyes is being held on a $100-thousand dollar cash bail on a 1st Degree murder charge.
Reyes appeared in Superior Court Saturday afternoon following his arrest Saturday morning on charges of Murder, Assault, Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct, and Family Violence.
However the only charge in the magistrate’s report is the murder charge.
According to the report, Reyes’ sister, Rayleen Reyes, told police that Francisco punched his brother Bernard Pedro Reyes “with a closed fist in the back right side of the head, behind the right ear.”
Bernard fell to the foot of the outside stairway, unconscious. Family members says they carried Bernard back inside the apartment and attempted CPR. When medic’s arrived, he was unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at Naval Hospital at 3:20 am Saturday.
Francisco Reyes was already facing an assault charge against his brother for an incident that occurred in August, according to the report.
