Ringing in the New Year

Thousands gathered beachside along Tumon Bay and Agana Bay on New Year’s Eve to welcome in 2020 at the stroke of midnight, with a bang.

A 12-minute firework display lit up the sky above each location.

ShowPro Pyrotechnics staged both events.  Owner Jeff Sanchez told the Pacific News Center the two shows are “a mirror image” of each other.

“That’s what we’re going to pull off this year, pretty exciting,” said Sanchez.
