Sadness, Shock Expressed Over GHURA DIrector Ray Topasna’s Passing

Executive Director for the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority Ray Topasna passed away over the weekend.

In response, Governor Lou Leon Guerrero, Lt. Governor Josh Tenorio, and Speaker Therese Terlaje have all expressed their condolences towards the late director.

Commending him on his years of service to helping the people of Guam and ensuring that many Families had roofs over their heads and stable housing as well.
