Second Summary Report Comes In

Guam –  The second summary report for the General Election tonight shows a slight lead for the Gutierrez/Aguon team.  Even so, their lead is only slightly more than 4% to Calvo/Tenorio.  The report shows 12 precints have reported but Guam Election officials clarify that only six precincts have been counted in total, six others have had some ballots counted but not all.

The precints counted so far include: Agana, Mangilao, Ordot Chalan Pago, and three of Dededo’s precincts.
