Secretary of State Hillary Clinton Arrives on Guam


Guam – Secretary of State Hillary Clinton arrived on Guam shortly after 1:45pm this afternoon (Friday.)

After landing on Andersen Air Force Base she met with Governor Felix Camacho and then addressed the Armed Forces who are stationed on Guam or passing through.

Clinton is en-route from Hawaii to Hanoi Vietnam where she will represent President Barack Obama at the East Asia Summit.  Her visit to Guam was scheduled only as a brief re-fueling stop.

PNC’s Kevin Kerrigan is on the scene and will report on Clinton’s visit tonight on News-Now at 6pm on ABC 7.

Clinton last came to Guam in 1998 as the First Lady with then President Bill Clinton.
