Guam – Senator Tina Muna-Barnes has announced that her office will be accepting donations for families that have either been displaced or suffered damage from the flooding in the past 2 days.
In a release the Senator says that she has already received a number of calls from people will to help those affected by the flooding.
She said that they will accept donations of clothing, bedding, and non-perishable items and then deliver those items to the respective village Mayors for distribution to those in need.

Hagåtña- SEPTEMBER 20, 2013- Senator Tina Muna Barnes has announced that her office will be accepting donations of clothing, bedding, and non-perishable items for the families that have had to be evacuated due to heavy flooding.
Muna Barnes said “a number of calls have come in today from people interested in helping those that have been effected by the flash floods and have had to leave their homes so we agreed to accept those items so that we can provide them to the village mayors for distribution to those in need.”
