Senators Pass Numerous Bills Including One That Protects Unborn Children

Guam- Senators voted today (Thurs.) and have since adjourned session. 

 

 They passed a number of bills including Senator Mike San Nicolas’ Bill 228 which use any money in excess of adopted revenues to fund tax refunds. Senator Frank Blas Jr.’s Bill 231 was also passed which would punish people for harming pregnant women and their unborn children.
