SESSION DAY SEVEN: 5 Bills Discussed, 4 Advance to 3rd Reading File

Guam – (Thursday, November 7) – Guam discussed 5 bills Thursday, advancing 4 to the 3rd Reading File.

Among the measures that advanced was Senator Frank Aguon Jr.’s Bill #195, the  “Infant Child’s Right to Life Act.”  Senator Tom Ada’s Bill #196 which would require contractors to restore public roadways to their original state following an excavation. And the “Police Clearance Clarity Act” introduced by Senator Respicio.
