Guam – During the morning of Day 1 of the December Session, Legislative Majority Leader Senator Rory Respicio reports that the Governor’s veto of Bill # 413 was successfully overridden on a 10-3 vote, that is the election reform bill.
And a second vote taken on the Unborn Victims of Violence Act, Bill #409, but it was defeated by a vote of 6-7. 16 others bills were also discussed and moved to the 3rd Reading File or left in the 2ed Reading File.
