Guam – Acting Rules Committee Chair Senator Judith P. Guthertz, DPA, reports that during this afternoon’s Session, Senators of the 31st Guam Legislature discussed five bills, listed below. All items were moved to the voting file. Session is now in recess and will resume on Friday, Nov. 4, 2011 at 9:00 AM. The public can tune in to MCV Channel 13 or GUdTV Channel 21.
