Sinajana Burglary Leads to Arrests


Guam – A 14-year old minor and two men have been taken into police custody following a reported burglary at a residence in Sinajana this morning.

Guam Police Spokesman Officer A.J. Balajadia says officers were dispatched to the home at about 2:50am after a resident reported hearing sounds coming from the rear of his home.  When the resident went to check he found a male individual standing inside his residence.  A press release says the resident shouted at the individual who fled from the house.  The owner then noticed two other males running with the suspect that had fled the house.

Balajadia says 32-year old Eric Lee Neiaifes of Sinajana and 18-year old Natoshy Nipou of Sinajana were arrested and a 14-year old male was also taken into custody.  Neiaifes and Nipou face charges of Burglary, Conspiracy and Jurisdiction Over an Adult.  Nipou also faces charges of Public Drunkenness and Resisting Arrest.
