Guam – Motorists can expect bad traffic again along Rt. 4 beginning at the Sinajana intersection.
A few weeks ago the cones around the intersection were cleared and all four lanes were open but today the cones were back and the four lanes were reduced to two. As you may recall DPW Director Andy Leon Guerrero told PNC news a few weeks ago that the opening of the Sinajana intersection was a temporary one. He also told PNC during that interview that the entire road from the Sinajana intersection to the Mangilao intersection would likely have to be repaved because the Asphault mixture used did not meet federal standards. Leon Guerrero could not be reached today for comment or for further information.
