Small aircraft crashes at GIAA

Guam – At around 5:11 pm, the Guam Fire Department responded to emergency calls of a small plane crash at the A.B. Won Pat Guam International Airport.

Guam Airport Authority Spokesperson Rolenda Faasuamalie says the crash happened at the end of the runway off the approach end.

According to Guam Fire Department spokesperson Kevin Reily, it was a small cessna type aircraft.

Reily says there were three individuals on board, and all occupants are conscious and responsive. He added that several medic and rescue personnel were at the scene.
