Starting Thursday – NO LEFT TURN onto Route 4 from CHALAN CANTON TUTUHAN in Sinajana


Guam – Please be advised that due to increased traffic congestion along Route 4 and in the interests of minimizing impacts to the driving public, the following traffic plan will be implemented immediately.
Beginning Thursday, August 12, between 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, there will be NO LEFT TURN ONTO ROUTE 4 FROM CHALAN CANTON TUTUHAN SINAJANA to allow for a NON-STOP GREEN for motorists heading towards Hagatna on Route 4.  

Left turn access onto Chalan Canton Tutuhan from Route 4 will still be available for motorists.

Motorists coming from Sinajana village traveling on Chalan Canton Tutuhan wishing to turn left on Route 4 towards Hagatna will be diverted to Pale Kiernan Drive (Sinajana Payless). Motorists are reminded that the posted speed limit is 15 miles per hour on Pale Keiran Drive and to exercise caution within the village.

Traffic control devices will be in place by 6:00 a.m. and will be removed at 9:00 a.m. DPW and contractor personnel will be on-site to direct traffic.

Motorists are asked to proceed with caution as they travel along Route 4 and to observe and obey all traffic signs and traffic directions. The DPW thanks Guam’s motoring public for their continued cooperation as they work to hard to make our roads the best that they can be!
