Guam – The Guam Memorial Hospital has been praised by a Sun Princess cruise ship passenger who was treated at the hospital during the cruise liner’s recent stop on Guam.
The passenger is Claire Farrell of Australia.
In a letter to GMH she thanks the hospital for the care she received writing: “…I have been in many big hospitals in Australia. the Guam Memorial Hospital is one of the best I have been in.”

In particular, Farrell praises Emergency Room nurse Ed Lacdoo and Cleopatra (Pat) Manzon from the Respiratory Department.
The nature of Farrell’s illness and treatment were not disclosed.
According to a release from GMH, Farrell asked that her letter of praise be released to the Guam media.
