TakeCare Insurance Company, Inc. is considered an essential business under the pandemic declaration and is providing its updated business operating hours to our members and providers effective August 21, 2020. The change in operational hours is to better serve our members and providers, while being proactive with the current state of preparedness for COVID-19 and continues to ensure and prioritize the highest level of safety for our customers, providers and staff.
· TakeCare’s member service staff is available to assist by phone or email, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm ChST.
· Limited in-office visits are available strictly BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 12:00 noon, beginning Monday August 24. ALL Visitors must first report to the Wellness Center to be screened prior to their appointment time. Mask and temperature check required, no exceptions.

A dropbox is available on the first floor at Customer Service at the Baltej Pavilion in Tamuning for document submission/payment drop off. Please place these materials in a sealed envelope with your name/contact no/email so we can confirm receipt.
