Eighteen-year-old Kenoa Timothy Quidachay was arrested and charged with theft of an automobile and theft, after allegedly stealing a Toyota Rav4.
On March 29, GPD officers responded to a car theft complaint at a residence in Tumon.
The owner said the car had been stolen, after noticing the car was missing from the residence’s parking.
According to the magistrates’ complaint, the car was located the next day and Quidachay admitted to taking the car for a “joyride”.
Court documents further state that Quidachay also admitted to taking a wallet and a box that were inside the vehicle.
The car and all the belongings were returned to the owner.
