17 Year Old Japanese Tourist in Critical Condition After Fall From 6th to 4th Floor of Tamuning Hotel

Guam – GMH Nursing Supervisor Cely Mangrobang reports that a 17 year old male Japanese Tourist is in critical condition this morning after he fell 2 stories from a Tamuning hotel last night [Thursday].

Guam Fire Spokesman Joey San Nicolas texted PNC News this morning [Friday] saying that the incident occurred at the Onward Agana Beach Hotel in Tamuning last night shortly before 9 pm. The tourist fell from the 6th floor to the 4th floor.

The tourist is in the Intensive Care Unit with fractures to his “skull and extremities” said Mangrobang.

It is not clear under what circumstances the tourist fell.

However, Guam Police Spokesman Officer A.J. Balajadia tells PNC News that it is believed that the incident was accidental.
