A San Diego teen with connections to Guam has been reported missing since last week.
According to a report from ABC10news, Cirena Artero, disappeared on Nov. 8, Friday, leaving behind a trail of disturbing clues.
Artero’s mother, Tina Camacho, says her daughter had met a 19-year-old online weeks before her disappearance. Camacho says her daughter and the 19-year-old had planned to meet up that night.
According to the news report, Camacho found photos from the 19-year-old’s Instagram page — including one with a handgun and bloody fingers.
Another showed the 19-year-old with a gun-like hand gesture..with fingers placed to the side of his head.
The missing teen is related to former Department of Chamorro Affairs president Joseph Cameron, who was interviewed on K57 this morning. Cameron shared with Patti Arroyo what he knows about the ongoing investigation.
“What I could gather was the daughter was in communications weeks prior via Instagram with an individual. She’s 16 and the guy’s 19 … at least they found out later,” Cameron said.
He added: “At one picture, there was a guy holding a gun, a pistol. Another picture was of the guy signaling with his finger, and another picture where there was blood all over the hand.”
After she went missing on Friday, the family searched the neighborhood where they found Artero’s phone several blocks away from their home.
