Guam – The team of Lucy Tenorio and Jimmy Pinaula took top honors at the GCC Foundation Par Excellence Golf Tournament on Saturday, September 14 at LeoPalace Resort.
The two finished with a score of 69.2, less than a point ahead of second place finishers Dave Mayo and Russell Young, who together shot 70.4 on the LeoPalace links. They finished just ahead of last year’s tournament winners Jake Barnes and Mike Castro, whose team score of 70.6 garnered them third place this year.

The annual golf tournament raises funds for scholarships for Guam Community College students and for CIP projects on the GCC campus. The scholarship recipients were on hand Saturday to help at the tournament.
