Officers from the Guam Police Department’s Tumon Precinct Command arrested 20-year-old Thano James Fuller on Monday on drug and burglary allegations.

After he was transported to the Criminal Investigation Division for questioning, Guam Police spokesman Sgt. Paul Tapao reports that a substance suspected to be the drug ‘ice’ was found in the backseat of the patrol vehicle where Fuller had been sitting.

The substance later tested presumptive positive for methamphetamine.

Fuller was wanted in connection with the burglary of a vehicle in Tumon on February 17 and the burglary of another vehicle at the Summer Green Apartments in Tamuning on March 1.

Sgt. Tapao says Fuller was identified from surveillance video taken at the location of both vehicle burglaries.

Fuller has been booked and confined on allegations of burglary to a vehicle, theft of property, conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance, warrant of arrest and guilt established by complicity.
