Guam – The Gutierrez-Aguon team says they have had problems with publishing ads in the PDN or Pacific Daily News.
Gutierrez-Aguon campaign legal counsel Randy Cunliffe says that nine campaign ads were rejected by the PDN. He says these same ads were printed in other news papers and in other mediums.
“They have made us alter about nine adds that we wanted to print in their newspaper,” said Cunliffe adding “Historically the PDN and Carl Gutierrez have not had a very close relationship and we just think that it’s more of the same.”
Cunliffe says that it is still premature to say whether or not there will be any sort of formal complaint filed against the PDN.
