Thomas Cruz Named Chief Engineer of the Guam Waterworks Authority

Guam – GWA has appointed of Mr. Thomas Cruz to the position of Chief Engineer.

“Tom has been at GWA since 2006 and has been serving as Acting Chief Engineer since June of 2011,” said Martin Roush General Manager of GWA.

“We are pleased and proud to announce that one of Guam’s own has been hired to fill the position permanently.  GWA will continue to recruit qualified engineers from on island and develop a talented local pool, which we have been doing over the last several years”, Roush went on to say.

Cruz, a 1989 graduate of George Washington is the son of Francisco and Fe Cruz of Windward Hills.

Cruz graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1996 from Kansas State University and obtained a MBA from University of Phoenix in 2008.  He currently resides in Maite.
