Three wanted for rash of robberies, GPD seeks public’s help

Guam – The Guam Police Department is seeking the community’s help relative to three (3) individuals wanted for questioning in connection to robbery and theft-related offenses. The individuals are considered to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached.


William Garnafngin Yamnang AKA: Billy Yam Yam//36-year-old//male//Guamanian. Last known address Jose Sudo St in Yona, but is known to frequent Merizo. Subject is considered to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

Xavier Anderson Tedtaotao//40-year-old//male//Guamanian. Last known address is Jose Sudo St in Yona, but is known to frequent the Agat area. Subject is considered to be armed and dangerous and should not be approached.

Johanna Elena Paulino Babauta//26-year-old//female//Guamanian. Last known address Jose Sudo St in Yona. It is unknown if the subject is armed and dangerous and should not be approach.

The community is advised that should any of the wanted individuals are spotted, to please contact GPD Dispatchers at 472-8911 or 475-8615-7 or 911.

All calls will remain completely confidential and a cash reward of up to $1000 could be paid if the Information provided leads to an arrest and a grand jury indictment.
