Guam – A phone call to police about a drug house in Mangilao has led to the arrest of four individuals, two of whom are siblings.
Police say on Monday they received a tip from a caller that methamphetamine was being sold out of a residence belonging to Raymond Viloria Cruz Jr. and his sister Isabelle Cruz who also goes by Isabelle Williams.
After a search warrant was obtained, police conducted a raid on the residence where they allegedly found drug paraphernalia and cash. Two others, Karmine Rozanski and Michael Jr. Lujan, were also inside the home at the time of the raid, according to police.
In addition to paraphernalia, police also seized two plates of suspected methamphetamine and over $4,000 in cash.
Williams was charged with possession of a schedule two controlled substance with intent to deliver as a first degree felony while the remaining three defendants were charged with possession of a schedule two controlled substance as third degree felonies. All four were booked and confined.
