The purchase of the former Foremost lot adds 22,000 square meters to the Triple J’s property
Guam – The Jones family finally got the piece of property they’ve been eying since the 1990’s. The owners of Triple J Enterprises acquired the former Foremost Dairy Facility on Marine Corps Drive late last month. With the land adjacent to their Tumon facility, the purchase triples the Triple J headquarters.
Founder Robert Jones says there is no master plan for the space yet but the company has a lot of “good ideas.”
Triple J recently celebrated it’s 30th Anniversary.
