The Tsubaki Tower hotel in Tumon has announced that it will hold its grand opening on April 25 next year and they’re already taking reservations.
Located along the shores of Gun Beach, the 27-story luxury resort hotel is located on the highest point of Tumon Bay. It offers guests panoramic views of Guam’s sunsets and the Pacific Ocean.
The Tsubaki Tower has 340 rooms, and 62 suites. All hotel rooms offer oceanfront views. They are the largest standard rooms on Guam starting at 45 square meters with additional 13 square meters balconies.
The resort also features 2 types of dining, 3 types of bars, a lobby lounge, a deli, a takeout cafe, as well as services unique in the Island, such as a 24-hour In-room Dining with special menus created to be enjoyed on the Guestrooms balconies.
The hotel is owned by the Premier Hotel Group, the Ken Real Estate Leasing Co., Ltd., which owns and operates 32 hotels in Japan, the mainland U.S. and on Guam and Saipan.
