Guam – Delayed no more.

The Tsubaki Tower, which has suffered from construction delays due to the unavailability of H-2 workers, is finally scheduled to open in March 2020.

Located along the shores of Gun Beach, the 27-story resort hotel will be perched at the highest point of Tumon Bay, offering guests panoramic views of Guam’s famous sunsets and the Pacific Ocean.

The Tsubaki Tower will feature 340 ocean-front rooms, all within walking distance of Guam’s beautiful white-sand beaches and a world-class marine preserve.

The hotel will feature two as yet unnamed dining outlets and bars, a lobby lounge, a deli, a club lounge, swimming pools, meeting facilities, a garden plaza, a multifunction room and a chapel on the top floor.

According to owner PHR Ken Micronesia, Inc., the Tsubaki Tower was conceptualized to reflect Guam’s cosmopolitan atmosphere while offering unique experiences from the island’s ancestral traditions of storytelling, reciprocity, warmth and openness.

Reservations for the new hotel can be made beginning fall of 2019 and more information about The Tsubaki Tower’s rooms, amenities and food and beverage concepts will be released at that time.
