Guam – The girlfriend and brother-in-law of former Guam Police Department Officer Roy Kieth Pablo, who is currently behind bars serving time for drug charges, have found their way back to court, this time for theft.

A dog stolen from a man’s home has been reunited with his family after the owner found a post on Facebook offering the pup for sale.

According to court documents, a person calling herself “Sonya Takai” attempted to sell the stolen puppy on Facebook for $500. The 7-month old German shepherd had been missing since July 7 and the owner was able to recognize the dog by the distinct feature where one ear was not fully developed.

The owner made arrangements to meet with “Sonya Takai” at the Agana Shopping Center. The owner of the German shepherd contacted police who accompanied him to the meet. While at Agana Shopping Center a white Toyota Pre-runner arrived with two individuals.

Court papers say the vehicle attempted to leave but was blocked in by GPD officers. The driver was identified as Ah Rum Kim and the male individual was identified as Stephen Kim. Both have been charged with theft.

Ah Rum Kim is the girlfriend of Pablo who was convicted of drug charges, admitting in court that Kim would deal drugs. Ah Rum Kim, along with her brother Stephen Kim, were also charged in the case.

Ah Rum Kim was convicted and received a two-year sentence.
