2 more Foreign Nationals were arrested by Guam’s Customs and Quarantine Agency earlier today for illegally entering the island through the back door.
Reporting on the arrests is PNC’s Don Sulat.
41-year-old Juan Sun, and 49-year-old Ganyui Li, were arrested by Guam’s CQA, and the Guam Police Department.
The man in the white shirt shown in the video is presumably Ganyui Li, who was brought to CQA around 1:30 PM.
Some sources told PNC that Li self-surrendered, but no confirmation was given as of this time.
According to GPD, both Sun and Li were arrested for the following:
Failure to Acquire Clearance Requirements, Failure to Deliver a Manifest to a Customs Officer, and Invalid Place of Unloading.
Both were booked and confined at the Department of Corrections, and their cases will be forwarded to the OAG for their review.
In total, 4 foreign nationals have been arrested for illegal entry, with 37 Haize Lu, being the 2nd arrest, and was apprehended last week
Lu allegedly entered Guam via boat from the CNMI as well.
GPD is encouraging the community to report suspicious activity to CQA at 671-642-80781 or 2, or the Guam Police Department at 671-475 through 7.
