Two inmates found with cellphone


Two inmates have been arrested for promoting major prison contraband.

Guam – A shakedown at the Department of Corrections on Tuesday has resulted in the discovery of contraband in Post 5.

According to GPD Spokesperson officer AJ Balajadia, a cellphone was found in a cell assigned to inmates John Manibusan and Francis Taisacan.

Both were charged with promoting major prison contraband. They were booked and re-confined.
