Two men arrested in connection with assault in Tumon

Guam – Police have arrested two men they believe are connected to an assault which occurred earlier this year.
According to GPD Spokesperson Sergeant Paul Tapao, on January 28, 2018,  a man was discovered in the adjacent lot by Shell in Upper Tumon by gas station employees, the man was allegedly beaten and tied up.
Police say that earlier that morning the victim was drinking alcohol with two individuals identified as AJ Junior Jan and Sahn Looney Johnny in the area. While there the victim was allegedly assaulted by Jan, who also bound the victim and took his bicycle.
Jan was arrested for aggravated assault, robbery and felonious restraint. He was booked and confined.
Johnny was arrested for assault, he was booked and released.
