Guam – Three of the five individuals who are facing charges related to the gang rape and child pornography of a female minor have denied the allegations.
Elevenson Ressa, Joshua Joshua and NPJ Resa have plead not guilty. Ressa is accused of using Facebook Messenger to lure the girl to his Mongmong residence, where he allegedly raped her in the jungle while a male minor recorded the assault on a cell phone.
Two male minors are also accused of raping the girl inside Ressa’s home.
Joshua and Resa are accused of third degree attempted criminal sexual conduct and possession of child pornography.
The criminal trial setting has been scheduled for October 3, 2017, at 2 pm before Judge Alberto Lamorena.
