Two People Arrested for Counterfeit Cash

The case history stems from the beginning month of February, where the first complaint was initiated at patrol level with the report indicating that a male individual attempted to pass bogus $100.00 bills in exchange for U.S. currency.

Guam – According to GPD PIO Paul Tapao a man and a woman were arrested in connection to over 10 counterfeit cases at various businesses throughout the island.

A joint local and federal investigation with the Guam Police Department and the U.S. Secret Service, yielded the arrest of two  (2) individuals in connection with over 10 counterfeit cases at various businesses throughout the island.  The case history stems from the beginning month of February, where the first complaint was initiated at patrol level with the report indicating that a male individual attempted to pass bogus $100.00 bills in exchange for U.S. currency.  Through the course of the investigation, special agents from GPD’s Criminal Investigation Division and agents from the U.S. Secret Service worked collaboratively in bringing closure to this case.  Arrested in reference to this case was:
RICHARD JESSE BILLUK M/GU./21YOA
he was arrested for the following offenses:
10 counts Theft by Deception 
Conspiracy
Billuk was booked and confined.  Also arrested in this case was:
DARLENE MARIE NABURN F/GU./37YOA
she was arrested for the following offenses:
Conspiracy
Theft by Receiving
Guilt Establish by Complicity
Criminal Facilitation 
Possession of Control Substance Schedule II
Naburn was booked and released.
