U.S. Naval Hospital Guam vaccinating DoD beneficiaries in Phase 1

U.S. Naval Hospital (USNH) Guam is administering COVID19 vaccines to eligible DoD beneficiaries and personnel in phase 1. Vaccinations are being administered at the USNH Guam vaccination clinic located at Top O’ the Mar on Nimitz Hill, Asan.

Phase 1 includes Active Duty service members enrolled at USNH Guam, DoD beneficiaries 65 years or older, DoD beneficiaries 18 years or older with an increased risk of illness defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and DoD personnel who have been designated by their command as front line workers and who are directly supported by USNH Guam.

DoD beneficiaries 18 years or older who feel they are at increased risk of illness are asked to view the CDC list of conditions for increased risk by visiting the following link:

COVID-19 vaccines are administered by appointment only. No walk-ins are accepted at this time. DoD beneficiaries and personnel in phase 1 are asked to schedule their first dose COVID-19 vaccine appointment by visiting the following link:

USNH Guam is not administering the COVID-19 vaccine to individuals in phase 2. If phase 1 does not apply to you, we ask that you remain patient as shipments continue to arrive. USNH Guam expects to receive additional vaccine shipments in the coming weeks to vaccinate all other eligible DoD beneficiaries and personnel.
