GCC is catching up but UOG is falling even more behind with receiving it’s scheduled allotments from DOA.
Guam – Although GCC has received all of its money owed for last fiscal year, both GCC and UOG are still behind by millions in allotments.
According to GCC Spokeswoman Jayne Flores the University of Guam did receive 100% of it’s allotments for FY15 but they are still owed $9.36 million for FY16. This is an improvement over the $11.3 million they were behind at the beginning of February. Meanwhile UOG is falling even more behind with receiving it’s scheduled allotments from DOA. According to UOG spokesman Jonas Macapinlac UOG was behind by $7.9 million at the beginning of February but they are now behind total of $9 million dollars.
