UOG President Underwood Is the Keynote Speaker at the Pacific Island Security Workshop in Honolulu This Week

Guam – University of Guam President Dr. Robert Underwood will be a keynote speaker at the Banyan Analytics and Pacific Forum CSIS: 21st Century Pacific Island Security Workshop in Honolulu, Hawaii on May 6 to 8.

Dr. Underwood’s presentation is entitled “The Significance of Pacific Island Security to the United States in the 21st Century” and will take place on May 7 at 9:15 a.m. (HAST) at the Pacific Beach Hotel in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The three-day workshop will cover issues specific to the Pacific region including Compact Impact, the ‘rebalancing’ of Asia, economic growth, security and climate change.
