UOG Senatorial Forum Series Begins Tonight

Guam- The first of a six part series of senatorial forums begins this evening at the University of Guam.

The Political Science Student Association (PSSA) is hosting the event as a way to get to the candidates running for the General Election. PSSA Secretary Jonathan Padios says a panel of candidates will be asked 3 series of questions and the audience will also have a chance to ask the panel some of their own questions.

“Basically, the topics will be randomly assigned” said Padios. “This is just to bring all the candidates together and see what they have to offer whether they are an incumbent or whether they are new to the senatorial race.”

The first week of forums will take place tonight through Wednesday from 5 pm to 7 pm at the UOG class lecture hall. The forums will then continue next week from October 11 to the 13. For more information, email uog.pssa@gmail.com.
