Guam – The University of Guam’s Cooperative Extension Service Communities, Youth, Families, Food and Nutrition (UOG CES-CYFFN) is conducting a cost study of the Public School Lunch and Breakfast Program (SLBCS).

Representatives from the UOG CES-CYFFN are working together with the Guam Department of Education’s State Agency for Child Nutrition Programs to conduct this cost study which is aimed towards increasing Guam’s reimbursement rate from the Federal Government.

During the months of March and April, our project team will be out in the field to conduct the 2013 Household Income Expenditure Survey (HIES).  I would like to inform the public about both the HIES and the SLBCS project.
