The Guam Police Department is on the scene at Serenu Avenue in Tamuning and reporting that there is NO active shooter incident.
According to GPD public information officer Paul Tapao, officers located possible evidence that indicated that a firearm was not used to damage the window.
PNC sources said the area seems pretty calm, with no ambulance present, and no road closure.
GPD said it will provide more information as it becomes available.
