U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to Meet With Local Officials on Guam TODAY


Guam – U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, Jr. will be on Guam TODAY, July 16.

The Attorney General will be participating in a joint Guam and CNMI District conference organized by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in conjunction with the Guam and CNMI Bar associations. The Conference begins at 9 am.

Holder will be discussing issues that impact these districts and to thank local officials for their dedication and service.

District Court officials say that Holder will be meeting with  members of the U.S. Attorney’s Office, federal and local law enforcement enforcement officials from Guam as well as the CNMI and political leaders from both island territories.

District Court officials say that Holder will not be taking questions from local media because time does not permit.
